Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Policy Tax Preparation & Business Document Services 1. Appointment Booking All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system. Appointments are confirmed only after booking is completed and any required intake forms are submitted. 2. Required Documentation Clients are responsible for providing all required tax documents and business information before or at the time of the appointment. Missing or incomplete documents may result in rescheduling or additional fees. 3. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Fees are based on the type and complexity of the tax return or business document requested. Prices may vary depending on additional forms or revisions. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. 5. Scope of Services Services are limited to: Tax return preparation Tax document review Business document preparation and administrative support We do not provide legal advice, audit representation, or services requiring a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or attorney unless explicitly stated. 6. Accuracy & Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We prepare returns and documents based solely on client-supplied data and supporting documentation. 7. Confidentiality All client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with IRS data protection standards. Secure systems are used to protect personal and financial information. 8.
